City and county real estate taxes are due by December 20 of each year. Senior Citizens may be eligible for some exemption based on income. Returns are based on property owned January 1 of each year. Residents within the city limits may call their respective City Hall: Bremen 770-537-2331, Buchanan 770-646-3081, Tallapoosa 770-537-2345, Waco 770-537-3314. County residents should inquire at the County Tax Commissioner’s office at 770-646-2020.
