Graduating from Haralson County High School in 2002, Chapman's roots in the region are deep, reflecting her strong commitment to service. Armed with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting from the University of West Georgia, Chapman embarked on her career journey with the Development Authority in May 2003, where her interest in economic development blossomed.
Renowned for her practical approach and unwavering determination, Chapman played a pivotal role in initiating discussions to merge various entities, leading to the formation of Grow Haralson. Assuming the position of COO at the Chamber in February 2014 marked a significant milestone in Chapman's career, signaling her dedication to fostering progress and collaboration in the region. Committed to continuous learning, Chapman completed the US Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organization Management program in June 2022, underscoring her commitment to professional growth.
